Two minutes of your life you'll never get back

After four years of blogging it's come to this. Inexplicable Device demanded it, so here it is:

*hears sound of barrel being scraped*

A kettle boiling.

Oh the excitement.

Normal service will resume once we've all regained consciousness.

I'd hardly say I demanded it, but thank you. And thank you for the glimpse of you, too - Your bored expression was both priceless and endearing.
It almost makes up for MJ's disappearance.

Almost.

Now I come to think about it, I 'demanded' that you post a picture of your kettle but you go one step further and post a video, so, if I demand other things, does that mean you'll do them too?

I can't believe you watched it all the way through.

And the only thing duller than a video of a kettle would be pictures of a kettle. What other things are you demanding? Assuming they don't require nudity or effort I might consider them.

Ah, you assume wrong.

Well, nearly wrong. I do like a little mystery, so you can keep your pants on, if you like.

Oh, thanks!

My night out, complete with projectile vomiting in the back alley of the sleaziest pub in town, was a tiny bit more exciting than the kettle video.

I too watched it all the way to the end. It's always nice to see the finish.

Hooray for projectile vomiting!

Yaya!

Linda Blair would have been proud (and possibly a bit scared). Still, nothing says class like that and then having the mucus running out your nose.

That's when you decide to go home.

That was awesome. I like the impatient finger tapping in the reflection of the kettle. A true work of art.

I should exhibit it! I shall call it Reflections at Boiling Point.

There's that saying: "A watched pot never boils"...I guess a watched pot *does* boil, but seems to take forever. Now I'm going to try to do something productive to make up for the two minutes I lost. ;) Thanks a lot IDV!

Nice pot, though!

Yeah, THANKS IDV!
